About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Investor Relations & Compliance to lead Suppple's engagement with the capital markets and ensure rigorous alignment with regulatory frameworks across the jurisdictions we operate in. This is a strategic and hands-on role - you'll shape investor messaging, build trust through transparent disclosures, and lead the systems that uphold our governance standards.

You'll report directly to the CFO and work closely with the executive team. We are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) and operate across the UK, South Africa, and the EU - requiring fluency in cross-border regulation and capital markets communication. The ideal candidate brings both precision and perspective - able to operate with discretion, manage risk, and build long-term trust with investors and regulators alike.

What You'll Do

Investor Relations

  • Define and lead a forward-looking investor relations strategy aligned with Suppple's financial and growth goals
  • Act as primary liaison to investors, analysts, and the broader capital markets community
  • Oversee all investor-facing communications, including earnings releases, roadshows, investor days, and capital market events
  • Develop and align all investor materials across leadership, finance, and communications functions
  • Track investor sentiment, shareholder movements, and market dynamics; provide briefings and insight to the executive team

Financial Disclosure & Reporting

  • Coordinate market disclosures in accordance with IFRS, LuxSE listing requirements, and EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)
  • Ensure timely and compliant release of regulated information via the Officially Appointed Mechanism (OAM), including price-sensitive announcements and shareholder notifications

Regulatory Compliance

  • Serve as the key point of contact for CSSF, LuxSE, and other relevant authorities
  • Ensure full compliance with Luxembourg company law, and relevant frameworks across South Africa, the UK, and the EU — including MAR, AIFMD, GDPR, and AMLD
  • Manage regulatory filings, insider lists, governance records, and shareholder meeting processes
  • Lead and maintain internal compliance policies, training, and monitoring systems
  • Oversee internal governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and ESG alignment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (7–10+ years) in investor relations, financial communications, and regulatory compliance, preferably in a listed environment
  • In-depth knowledge of South African regulations, UK Publicly listed companies regulations, EU financial regulations, company law, and LuxSE listing requirements
